What to expect during your massage:
-A brief medical history will be taken to ensure a suitable massage for your state of health.
-The therapist will instruct you on how to get on the table and will leave the room while you undress to your comfort level and get under the sheets.. The therapist will knock before reentering the room.
-Your modesty will always be respected during the massage and the therapist will only undrape the area being worked on.
-At any time you may ask for a change in pressure, the therapist will check in from time to time but you may speak up at anytime for an adjustment to suit your comfort level.
-At the close of your massage the therapist will again leave the room to allow you to redress.
-Prior to leaving you will be given water, payment will be accepted, and you may schedule your next appointment.
What to expect of your therapist:
-Your therapist will always conduct themselves in a professional manner and will maintain the requirements for licensure laid out by the State Medical Board.
-Your treatments will be carried out in a clean and safe environment.
-Your privacy will always be honored.
-If your therapist is late, you will recieve a reduction in your bill or additional time or treatments.
-Your therapist will seek out continuing education so they may further serve your massage therapy needs.
-Your therapist is honored that you have choosen her as a partner in your pursuit of wellness and invites you to feel free to discuss your goals for your sessions at any time.
Policies:
-Please provide 24 hours of notice before canceling an appointment. We understand things happen, but if it becomes a pattern the therapist reserves the right to require payment prior to scheduling appointments.
-In the event of a no show (missing an appointment without calling) the therapist reserves the right to bill for 50% of the service time and can refuse to schedule further appointments.
-If you are late, the massage will still end at the scheduled time to avoid inconviencing the next client and the full amount for the time scheduled will be charged.
-In the event of a bounced check or denied credit card transaction the amount owed plus a $25 fee is expected by alternative payment as soon as possible. New appointments will not be scheduled while owing a balance.
-Your therapist is a licensed medical proffesional and sexual inuendos, requests, and advances will *not* be tolerated. If at any time the therapist feels uncomfortable with a clients behavior she reserves the right to terminate the massage, full payment will be charged and no further sessions will be scheduled.
