~Basic Full Body:
Your customized full body massage using mainly Swedish Massage techniques along with a smattering of polarity, myofacial release, trigger point, and deep tissue as needed.
~Bamboo Fusion Massage:**
Full body massage using smooth warmed bamboo tools which are rolled to knead the muscles like bread. Excellent for deep relaxation and toning for the skin. A great alternative to Hot Stone.
~Craniosacral Massage:
A gentle massage technique that focuses on releasing blockages in the spinal column and associated structures. Great for those with frequent migraines, insomnia, TMJ, and head and neck pain. Can be combined with other techniques.
The deepest most luxurious massage on the planet. With this technique the therapist uses their feet rather than their hands to perform the massage strokes. The therapist holds onto bars above the massage table for balance and uses their body weight to provide the pressure. The broad shape of the foot spreads the pressure out evenly and can be modifired to be light or very deep as the client requests.
~Hot Stone Massage:** The therapist places warm basalt river stones on the body to warm the tissues and practices traditional massage techniques with the stones in hand. Deeply relaxing and therapeutic, this session lasts for 90 minutes.
~Chair Massage:
Massage performed while fully clothed and seated in a comfortable massage chair. Available on out call basis. A great addition for girls night in parties, spa parties, scrap booking events, dance workshops, weddings, or family reunions. If interested in hiring for your event call to discuss details.
Short on time? Try these options:
~Sweet Feet:**
A session dedicated to the feet, all you need to remove are your socks. Feet are soaked and scrubbed then aromatherapy and warm stones are used in a mini reflexology session. Your feet will be sandal ready! ~Great compliment to a craniosacral session!
~The Tune Up:
Great for when you have a specific injury or trouble area that needs addressed. A good compliment to chiropractic care.
Mini 'add-on' treatments:Can be added to most menu items with time allowing.
